Molly is a 2012 graduate of Mitchell Community College and an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a degree in organizational communication. She is currently completing a Masters at Appalachian State University. Molly is an Iredell County native and was the 2018 R.D. Grier Excellence in Education Award winner for support staff.

Donna lives in Hickory with her husband and cat. She has two children – Laura, 5th grade Science teacher at Startown Elementary, and Alex, a firefighter for Charlotte FD. Donna has two grandsons, one granddaughter, and a set of twins on the way! She is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne College, Bachelor of Arts Accounting.

Joseph originally joined Mitchell in 2020 as a part-time Federal Work Study. He has worked in several part-time positions such as Professional Development and Administrative Assistant. In September 2023, Joseph accepted a full-time position as Engagement and Annual Giving Coordinator. He received his Associate of Science degree from Mitchell Community College.

Dee is a recent Graduate of Mitchell, receiving her certification in Web and Graphic Design. She is currently continuing with Mitchell pursuing an associate’s degree in Advertising and Graphic Design with future plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Marketing. Dee is a dynamic force, known for her positive attitude and boundless energy, which she uses to motivate and assist others. Each day, Dee draws inspiration from her husband, Nick, who holds a significant role within the Mitchell community as a member of the Security team. She is originally from Panama and her hobbies include travel, working out, spending time with her dogs and any activities related to Art.
