The Tutoring Center offers free tutoring both online and in-person. Fill out the online form and drop by a Tutoring Center location to pick up a referral form for your instructor to sign. Return with the signed form and get the help you need.

The Tutoring Center is accepting applications for peer tutor positions at the Statesville and Mooresville locations.
Applicants for this position must meet the following qualifications:
Submitting an application does not guarantee employment. A transcript review and an interview are also part of the hiring process. Job offers are also contingent upon the College's verification of references, a background check, or other applicable reports or inquiries.
Mitchell students and graduates with an associate's degree or less receive $15.00/hour. Tutors holding a bachelor's degree or higher receive $16.00/hour.
